Our physical store operates 24 hours daily, and we strive to provide smooth delivery experiences for customers across Nigeria.

  1. DELIVERY OPTIONS

We offer the following delivery methods:

In-House Delivery (Abuja Only)

Our trained dispatch riders deliver quickly and safely within Abuja city.

Third-Party Logistics Partners

For large, urgent, or out-of-zone deliveries, we may use trusted courier partners.

Nationwide Delivery

We deliver to all 36 states through reliable national courier services.

Store Pickup

Customers may pick up orders at our 24/7 retail store:

  1. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Delivery times depend on location and order size.

  1. Within Abuja (In-House Delivery)
  • 1–3 hours for most locations in Central Area, Wuse, Maitama, Garki
  • 2–6 hours for outer districts depending on traffic and rider availability
  • Express delivery available at request (extra charges may apply)
  1. Outside Abuja (Nationwide Delivery)
  • 1–3 business days for major cities
  • 3–7 business days for remote or outlying areas

Physical store pickup is instant once payment is confirmed.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, traffic, logistics delays, festive seasons, or high-demand periods.

  1. DELIVERY FEES

Delivery fees depend on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight and size
  • Whether express service is requested
  • Nationwide or local delivery
  • Rider availability and surge conditions

Exact fees are displayed at checkout or communicated by our support team for large or special orders.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed as follows:

  1. Order placed through wineregion.ng
  2. Payment confirmed (via Flutterwave or bank transfer)
  3. Order prepared from our stock
  4. Assigned to in-house dispatch or courier partner
  5. Delivered to the customer or made ready for pickup

Most orders placed before 8:00 PM are processed the same day.

  1. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Our dispatch rider or courier partner will:

  • Call the customer upon arrival
  • Confirm delivery location
  • Handover the order
  • Request customer signature or verbal confirmation

Once delivered, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.

  1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate address and contact information
  • Remain reachable during delivery
  • Inspect items at the point of delivery
  • Ensure an adult (18+) receives the order if alcohol is included

If delivery fails due to incorrect details or customer unavailability, additional fees may apply for re-delivery.

  1. FAILED OR MISSED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Delivery is considered failed if:

  • The customer is unreachable
  • The address provided is incorrect
  • No adult is available to receive age-restricted products
  • Customer refuses delivery without valid reason

In such cases:

  • A re-delivery fee may be charged
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable
  1. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Report within 24 hours
  • Send photo/video evidence
  • We will arrange replacement, refund, or store credit
