  1. DELIVERY, SHIPPING & PICKUP

  • Pickup from our physical store
  • Nationwide delivery through logistics partners

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on:

  • Rider availability
  • Traffic conditions

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver on time but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is handed to the customer or designated recipient, responsibility transfers to you.

  1. REFUNDS, RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Due to the nature of consumable products:

  • Returns are limited to defective or wrong items only
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and reported within 24 hours of delivery
